By using TapSignage, you are responsible for your account, uploaded content, connected devices, and compliance with applicable laws. Keep credentials secure and only publish content you have permission to use.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and make sure anyone using your account is authorized. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Using the service

Use TapSignage only for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass screen or plan limits, reverse engineer the apps, or distribute harmful or unlawful material.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You give TapSignage permission to host, process, cache, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for your media, music, video, trademarks, and personal information shown on screens.

Devices and availability

Compatibility, offline playback, auto-launch behavior, and performance vary by operating system, player, device model, and network. Roku is in development and may require manual app launch when available. Features may change as the service evolves.

Plans, payment, and limits

Pricing, billing periods, trials, screen limits, and included features are shown on the current Pricing section. One-time and monthly plans may have different limits. Do not create duplicate accounts to circumvent limits.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, address nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes and contact
